Return and exchange policy

Return Terms:

You can make a return request for our products within 14 days from the time the request was received in the case of (manufacturing defects only or color and size difference from what is required).The product will not be returned if I change my mind by the customer.  

Return Terms:

  1. Availability of the original invoice.
  2. Returned within 14 days
  3. The product and packaging materials must be in their original condition, and the product must be unused.
  4. The value of the returned product is transferred only to the customer’s bank account number, mail and e-wallets, or a balance is placed in the customer’s account with us to carry out any purchase.
  5. In the case of paying by Visa, all paid fees such as bank commission and tax are deducted from the amount and the rest of the amount is returned to the customer in the same method of payment
  6. All original product contents and papers must be returned in their original condition.
  7. If any part or piece of the contents of the product is lost, the return will be rejected
  8. The product is shipped by the customer, he is responsible for all shipping and transportation fees.
 
Terms of exchange:
  1. The product must be in its original condition,
  2. Availability of the original invoice.
  3. Replacement should only be within a maximum period of 3 days only.
  4. The exchange must be of the same value as the product to be replaced
  5. The customer pays all shipping fees for the exchange customer
 

 General Terms:

– The product is to be returned in the same original condition and with the same packaging contents. When we receive the product, it will be tested first, and if a defect is found in the product, we will inform the customer of the replacement fee    
Products that cannot be returned
It consists of lingerie, evening wear, lingerie, and bathing suits  

General rules that apply to all recalls:

– Tiba Fashion reserves the right to return the product to the customer in the event that the returned product does not meet the guidelines or conditions in force in the company. The customer is not entitled to a refund if the product is not eligible for return. If a product return request is rejected at any stage, we will make two attempts to return the product to the customer. If both attempts are unsuccessful, we will keep the product for a period of 3 working days in our delivery center. The customer can submit a request to the customer service team – To have another attempt within 3 business days after the last attempt notified. If we receive a request from the customer for another attempt within the third 3 business days after the last attempt he was notified of, we can arrange a last attempt to return the product to the customer within 2 business days, otherwise the product will be sent to the liquidation department and the customer will not be able to submit a request to return the product again Other – Products are allowed to be returned as long as they have not been used, worn, washed or damaged, and provided that all labels and cards are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. – Should undefined Return the bags in their original packaging and must contain all cards in perfect condition undefined
