Shipping Policy

  • We cannot reschedule delivery before the expected delivery indicated on your orders
  • The delivery address cannot be changed after placing an order.
  • If the tracking information says the package has been delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, wait until the end of the day
  • If the courier representative cannot reach you while trying to deliver, they will retry delivery within 1-2 business days (it may take longer for remote areas). Package will be returned as undeliverable after three delivery attempts
  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that can cause delays in delivery. You can view the expected delivery dates in the “Your Orders” section.
  • Shipments exceeding the amount of 3 thousand pounds are not shipped until after full payment of the price, and below that it is possible to ship and pay upon receipt
  • Non-deliverable shipments
  • Sometimes, packages will be returned to us as undeliverable
  • When the shipping company returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue the full amount for prepaid orders, including delivery costs, in the event of any error from a good organization or from the shipping company and if the error is from the customer in providing wrong data or wrong phone It only costs shipping
  • And in case if  the customer refuses to receive at the relevant address, the full shipping price will be charged only to change
  • We cannot reship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to purchase items that were not deliverable, place a new order on our website.

Shipment may be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:

  1. Add and manage addresses The address is incorrect : If the address is incorrect or outdated, the shipping company will usually return the shipment to us.   2. The title format is incorrect: If our system does not recognize the way the address was entered, the shipping company may not be able to deliver to that address.
  3. Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of our couriers attempt to deliver a shipment more than once. After three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  4. Recipient refuses to receive the shipment: If the recipient at the relevant address refuses to receive the shipment, it is returned to us.
  5. Shipment damage in transit: If a shipment is damaged while on its way to you, the shipping company may return it without attempting delivery. In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read during transit. If this happens the shipping company will return the shipment to us.
